Panela: earth's natural sweetner

Panela is a type of unrefined cane sugar, traditionally used in Central America, Mexico, Latin America, Portugal, and Spain. Since panela is unrefined, it contains molasses, a dark brown substance that's found in sugarcane leaves. This gives the product its brown color, as well as a stronger and more intense caramel flavor.

Panela is obtained from the evaporation, concentration and crystallization of the juice of the Organic panela sugar. Thanks to their contribution in fructose and sucrose it is considered a very healthy product, rich in vitamins and minerals that provide extra energy.

We put at the disposal of consumers, this organic product is packaged and bulk, which strictly complies with the standards of safety and international standards of quality.
