Cacao: Incomparable Flavors

One of the best cocoas in the world is found in Peru.  Recognized for being very rich in antioxidants and for its high content of Vitamin C. At Inkaworld, the process  begins in the field; with the expert hands of our producers, going through the processing plant, and then exporting to markets in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Drops and Cacao paste

Our cacao is 100% pure, from pre-roasting, sterilization, drying and grinding, until it becomes liquid and solidified in the form of a tablet, blocks or drops. Use: in pastry and confectionary, among others. Industries dedicated to the development of fondant chocolate, cacao butter, cocoa.

Nibs Cacao

Our cacao nibs are small pieces in the cacao bean, obtained after roasting, sterilization, dried and hulled.
Use: in confectionery (biscuits), baking, ice cream, chocolate beverages and as a topping for different foods. In addition, it can be consumed as a snack.

Cacao powder

Our cacao powder starts as raw whole beans carefully collected from the cacao fruit. The beans are washed and then dried using a forced air dehydrator. The dried, whole beans are then husked and processed into smaller pieces. These pieces are then cold pressed, resulting in the separation of cacao butter and a cacao cake. This cake is then further milled into a fine powder.
Use: Ideal in baking, Confectionery, chocolate, Desserts and ice-creams, dairy products, breakfast cereals, hot drinks, sweets, sugar.

We have the ability to supply Cacao beans, in Packages of 8 and 12 ounces for direct sale in the supermarkets, as well as for sale in bulk bags of 50 kilos of cocoa beans each.

Sales volumes can be from 1 ton, as well as in containers of 20 tons more.

What is the capacity of supply of cacao paste, and its forms?

We have the ability to Supply cacao paste for direct distribution to supermarkets in the packages listed above, as well as in boxes in bulk, with volumes of 12.5 pounds per box, to factories that use Cacao as a raw material for other products.
These sales volumes are given from 1 ton, as well as in containers of 20 tons on.

All of the products and their varieties of presentation of the Cacao INKAWORLD, come with a technical data sheet, in which also indicates the type of certifications they have, where it includes the organic product; the same one that is included in each of the packaging of our products.

How long is the shipping time since the Cacao leaves Peru, to the United States, Mexico and Canada:

Depending on the availability of the product, when it is already ready to get out of Peru to the United States, Mexico and Canada, the average is 15 to 20 days approximately.
